Pilates is an exercise regime designed to increase flexibility and balance by working the core muscles of the body. Beneficial to almost anyone – can be used to relieve back/hip pain, tone stomach/bottom/thighs, speeds recovery from injuries and pregnancy, and improves self-esteem.

Intro Special: $55 per 45-60 minute session
Small group classes: $20 per person --- 4 people per class

  Yoga Instruction!


 

Private and semi-private yoga sessions are available for 1-3 people. This is a wonderful way to learn the correct postures for your individual goals. Appointments are typically one hour in length and can be arranged to suit any schedule. Great for chronic pain, hypertension, stress relief and emotional balance. $100 per hour.

Our yoga instructors are certified and registered with Yoga Alliance and are active participants in the Nashville Yoga Society. GHHA is also happy to organize specialty workshops for specific needs such as yoga for athletes, beginners, expectant mothers, children, etc.
