Cancellation Policies

As we reserve a substantial amount of time for each appointment, we appreciate as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation. No penalty is enforced for cancellations or adjustments made at least 5 hours preceding the original appointment and GHMA will accommodate any schedule changes to the best of our abilities. However, should our client(s) need to cancel within 5 hours of the original appointment, GHMA expects full payment of services.

Late Policies

GHMA schedules generously and reserves a grace period of 10 minutes before and after the original appointment time. If our clients arrive early, we will be happy to begin our sessions as early as our schedule allows. Should anyone be running late, we will extend the appointment an extra 10 minutes. Any time after the 10-minute grace period will be lost and full payment is expected regardless of actual arrival time. We value our clients’ time and do appreciate the same respect in this matter.

Note to Outcall and Chair Massage Recipients

 GHMA representatives are instructed to arrive approximately 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time to set up any equipment and orient themselves. Please remain conscious of this when organizing appointments. Payments for outcalls must be made in the form of a check or by credit card. Chair massage payments are arranged according to individual contract agreements. All GHMA therapists are licensed and insured by the state of Tennessee. Please direct any concerns or questions regarding therapists to GHMA management.
